To unlock the Goblin Witch, the new location ( Cottage), and to learn Magic:
- 1st Goblin Witch Meeting: North > West > South
- 2nd Goblin Witch Meeting ( Hat): South > South > South
- 3rd Goblin Witch Meeting ( Cottage): West > West > West
Now you can meet the Goblin Witch in her Cottage (Outskirts), ask her to improve your magic. She will ask you for some specific mushrooms, so note what she wants and gather them for her. Mushrooms path provided above

You have to buy and upgrade all the properties you can, so:
- If you need some money go to your laptop and use the cheat
- Office: Go to the office (Town) any not weekend day afternoon

- To unlock properties talk to the owners and tell them you want to buy their…
- Once you own a new property buy the upgrades and talk to the owners to unlock new scenes with them

- Charisma: Go to the Bar (morning) and search for books
- Martial: Go to Train Station > Mountains > Gramps > I’m ready to train
- Insight: Go to Train Station > Mountains > Lake > Meditate

- Physical: Help Annie in the Farm
